1. General points
1.1. The general terms and conditions of sale (hereinafter referred to as CGV) govern the entire contractual provisions and the services between SCHWIIZY (hereinafter referred to as SCHWIIZY.ch) and its customers.

2. Offer

2.2. The customer receives a confirmation of receipt of the order without any binding effect. An order is processed only by confirming the shipment of the item.
3. Ordering and delivery

3.2. The delivery time indicated in the offer or in the confirmation of receipt of the order is only indicative and is not binding. SCHWIIZY.ch can not comply with a delivery time, the customer can withdraw from the order 20 days after confirmation of receipt of the order with written notice to customer service.
3.3. SCHWIIZY.ch is authorized to make partial deliveries. If it is not possible to deliver part of the goods ordered, there is no right to cancel the entire order. The customer can not claim further rights.
3.4. Delivery is made at the expense and at the risk of the customer. The ordered goods are delivered only to the customer's post box.
3.5. The customer undertakes to immediately check that the goods received are correct, complete and intact. Any damage to the goods received must be communicated to SCHWIIZY.ch as soon as possible, at the latest within 5 calendar days of delivery. In the event of a claim, the customer must keep all parts of the original packaging. The customer may delete these parts only with the written consent of SCHWIIZY.ch
4. Prices
4.1. SCHWIIZY.ch is entitled to change the price at any time. The price published at the time of ordering applies. Price changes after confirmation are not taken into account.
4.2. All prices of SCHWIIZY.ch are in Swiss francs. Ancillary costs (shipping, surcharges for certain means of payment, quantity surcharge, etc.) are not included in the price and are indicated and counted separately. Any technical changes, mistakes and printing errors remain reserved.
5. Payment and reservation of property

SCHWIIZY.ch has the right to apply surcharges for the use of individual means of payment. 5.2. The purchase with debit or credit cards is charged at the time of ordering. The data of the payment by debit or credit card are transmitted in encrypted form.
6. Warranty and repairs
6.1. Right of return and replacement
Return is only possible within 5 days after receipt of the goods. The date of the postmark is authentic.
The goods must be returned in its original packaging, complete with all the accessories and with the delivery note / guarantee certificate. The goods are returned at the expense and risk of the customer - SCHWIIZY.ch recommends sending by registered mail with the supplementary "Insurance" service.
6.2 Procedure in case of defective items
The customer can assert an article defect if there are no reasons for exclusion. In particular, grounds for exclusion are erroneous use, damage to external action and modifications or interventions on the product.
6.3 Duration of the warranty and manufacturer's warranty
The customer is aware that as a general rule the warranty conditions of the manufacturer provide only a right of repair or replacement provided there are no reasons for exclusion. The customer is not entitled to compensation for damages or compensation for inconvenience suffered. The decision on how to repair defects generally rests with the manufacturer.
If no defects are found the product is returned to the customer at his expense. An expense contribution can also be charged to the customer.
7. Responsibility
Claims for damages due to the impossibility of carrying out the service, breach of contract and unlawful action are excluded, except in cases of fraudulent behavior or gross negligence. The liability for indirect damages and consequential damages deriving from use is excluded.

Goods can only be ordered if the customer registers on SCHWIIZY.ch Regardless of an order, the customer must indicate his / her username (e-mail), the name and surname, the home address registered at the authorities, date of birth, and a valid phone number. In addition, a password must be set for the purchase via an individual customer account. The products in the shopping cart are stored independently of an order.
